Appartement-Hotel An Der Riemergasse - Vienna

Spacious, clean room with convenient kitchenette. Lacked clear fridge cleanliness.

Superb location (U Bahn around the corner, restaurants and jazz club nearby, beautiful park 2 min. away...), very friendly staff and amazing quietness of the room, were things that impressed us the most. Whenever we'll come to Vienna, we'll be staying at the Hotel Appartments Riemergasse!

Great appartment on a terrific location. The elevator works again, so that is no longer a drawback :-) Had a great time in Vienna, also due to the great staff that could assist on reservations and provide some nice local tips.

No wifi, that would be the only negative.

Hotel staff were professional, especially Martin who was very kind and enthusiastic to help, we were impressed by him.

This is more a hotel than an Appart-hotel. Location is fantastic. Rooms are very clean, and have amenities like in good hotels (slippers, toiletry, nice towels, minibar). Also, rooms are cleaned every day and towels refreshed (contrary to most apart-hotels). A Nespresso machine is also a nice touch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place, in particular if they have a discount rate.

The elevator is not working, so we had to go up 5 floors (thus the reduced rate). This should be fixed in the next couple of weeks, but if you are not willing to climb 5 floors you should confirm if it has been fixed. For it it was not a big deal, and would still recommend this place.

I love my stays at appartement-hotel an der riemergasse! The service is always excellent, and the apartments are perfect. It's located just a short walk to the metro and really close to a great jazz club! Everything feels super comfortable and inviting.

The kitchenette was super handy for meals! The location was fantastic-just steps from St Stephen's Cathedral. The room was spacious and cozy, but the fridge could've been cleaner 😊

We recommend it. The rooms were new-fashioned and airy with fantastic views to the Cathedral and roofs.

Location, facilities, and cleanliness of rooms

The telephone service was not reliable enough. Several calls did not come through because reception did not pick up. Direct dial numbers to the rooms would be a huge improvement.

the internet was not WIFI and there was only local channel on the TV no international channel.( Arabic, Indian ) and it will be grateful if the have room serves.

Everything. You're staff was excellent warm and professional. The apartment was charming (perfect decor for north Americans looking for character. Moreover, it felt safe. Although there were4 of us, it never felt too small. All the comfort we were looking for. And the location is perfect.

Top windows in bathrooms were not opaque and facing neighbors....a bit intimidating . You should put a film paperinthe windows to let the light through but block the view. A washer-dryer would have been perfect as one would not need to pack as much for the trip.

great stay with minor room issues

The location was very nice, just a short stroll to the main attractions. The apartment was spacious, with all necessary amenities like slippers and body cream, ensuring comfort. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere. The view from my room showcased the beautiful skyline.

The fridge could have been cleaner.

It's more like a aparthotel,since our room was cleaned daily. Location is perfect,staff is very polite and helpful. Cute suite was small as ordinary hotel room but comfy. We bought also breakfest vouchers in Douglas cafe near to the hotel and it was nice.

Cleanles of toilet was not 100%
